The End User License Agreement specifies the terms under which you may purchase a license to use Job Prospector. You may view it on this website by clicking the link above and you will need to read it and accept our terms before you can install the software on to you own computer.

 Job Prospector is designed to enable you to copy data from your own documents. You can also Drag/Drop or Copy/Paste information from Employer, Agency or Job Search websites so you wont have to spend hours typing in new information.

Q. How many people can use my copy of Job Prospector?

Job Prospector is designed as a single user system, used on a single home computer. All the information held on file will relate to one user.

Q.Is Job Prospector easy to install?

  Yes the Program is easy to install and you don’t need any experience. The download process is quick and simple and once this has finished, you will be ready to start your job searching using Job Prospector.

 ·          Just click the “Buy Now” button on any of the product pages, this will take you to your shopping cart where you can check the price and proceed to “Checkout”.

 ·         On the customer details page enter your contact details. Please note it is very important that you enter your email address correctly. Complete the rest of the form by ticking the box relating to the Privacy Statement and End User Licence Agreement and filling in the Security code and click “Confirm" Check the details on your Account page and click "Proceed”.

·         You will then be taken to PayPals secure payment system to pay for your order with your credit/debit card. Once we have confirmation that the correct amount has been received, you will get an email from us (which is why you must enter the address correctly).

·         The email will contain a link to the download site and a Quick Start Guide. Click the link to go to the download site and begin the download, this usually takes a few minutes. When the download menu appears we recommend that you select “save” and select your Desktop from the browse menu. We recommend that Users of firewalls should ensure the setting allows downloads. Please note, for security reasons, this link is only active for 48 hours so please download immediately.

·         Once you have downloaded and saved the program you will see the “JPSetup” icon on your desktop. Click this icon to Install Job Prospector. This whole process only takes a few minutes and then you can get started by clicking on the Job Prospector icon. 

·         Print or Save the Quick Start Guide and use it to get started with Job Prospector.

 Q. What if I have been given a Unique Identification Code?

If you have been given a Unique Identification Code Number by one of CodePro’s Partner organisations, you do not need to pay for Job Prospector. Simply copy your UIC number from the e mail you have been sent and click the “Buy Now” tab from any of the Product pages.      This will take you to a shopping cart detailing the price of Job Prospector. Don’t worry you won’t have to pay anything. Click “Checkout”
 

Q. What if my Download doesn’t work?

If your download is interrupted or does not work for some reason,  contact support@codepro.co.uk and we will make sure that your pass code is reactivated and enable you to try again.

Q. Can I install Job Prospector on multiple computers?

No. You can install your copy of Job Prospector on your main computer for your exclusive use. This copy will be registered so that you can access updates and customer support. If you change your computer you can reinstall the program by contacting support@codepro.co.uk

 Q. What are the system requirements for Job Prospector?

 It is important that you check that you computer is comatable with Job Prospector. Go to the Technical page for more information. You can find out about your system by viewing system information from the control panel on your PC and by right clicking on your desktop to view Graphics Properties.

Q. How do I get updates for Job Prospector?

Updates will be posted on the CodePro website www.codepro.co.uk You can download minor updates free of charge providing that your product is registered.

Q. What is your returns policy?

If you wish to cancel your transaction before you have downloaded and installed Job Prospector please contact Admin@codepro.co.uk and we will cancel your pass code and refund your payment on your card through PayPal.

Once you have downloaded and installed Job Prospector on to your computer it is not possible for you to return it to us. However if within 3 days you decide that you are not satisfied with the Program please send an e mail detailing your reasons for wanting to claim a refund to Admin@codepro.co.uk. We will send you a Software Deletion Declaration form which details what you must do to delete and destroy your copy of Job Prospector. Once you have followed the instructions and destroyed the Program you must sign the form giving us your guarantee that the Program and all associated files have been destroyed. Print and post the completed form to Codepro at the address provided and we will refund your payment in full within 14 days of receipt.

Q. What if I have a Complaint?

CodePro Ltd is a “Trusted Web Traders” Approved Trader which means that we adere to the Code of Practice and to the very highest standards of trading. We try hard to ensure that you will have no cause for complaint about our Software or services. However, we are only human and it is possible that at some time a mistake may be made. Q. How do I buy Job Prospector for someone else?

If you want to give Job Prospector as a gift simply go through the purchase procedure by clicking the "Buy Now button" on any of the product pages. When you receive the email with the Passcode information and link to the download site, you can forward this to whoever you want to give Job prospector to. They can then click the passcode link to the download site to download and install the program on to their own computer. The passcode will also give them access to upgrades in the future.
